FAQ
How much do the clinics cost and what is included?
If you pre-register for the a clinic the price is a $30* non-refundable charge.
If you register the day of the clinic the price is a $35* non-refundable charge.
*Please note that if you are paying electronically via Venmo to include a $2 charge ($32 / $37)
How do I pay?
You can pay either before or the day of the clinic. We accept cash, check, and Venmo*. No cards please.

Do I need to bring anything?
We will have water at the clinics, but please lunch. We will also be providing flags for spinning. If you want to bring your own rifles or sabres to spin, please do! Feel free to bring socks, knee pads or anything else that would make you comfortable doing light body exercises. Please wear all black, fitted clothing. Consider bringing layers. Hair should be pulled back, out of the face, and secured.
