How much does the spin clinic cost and what is included?
If you pre-register for the spin clinic the price is a $30* non-refundable charge. This includes admission to the clinic and a Spin Clinic T-shirt.

If you register the day of the spin clinic the price is a $35* non-refundable charge. This also includes admission to the clinic and a Spin Clinic T-shirt.
*Please note that if you are paying electronically via Venmo to include a $2 charge ($32 / $37)

How do I pay?
You can pay either before or the day of the clinic. We accept cash, check, and Venmo*. No cards please.

Do I need to bring anything?
Please be sure to bring water and lunch. We will also be providing flags for spinning. If you want to bring your own rifles or sabres to spin, please do! Feel free to bring socks, knee pads or anything else that would make you comfortable doing light body exercises. Please wear all black, fitted clothing. Consider bringing layers. Hair should be pulled back, out of the face, and secured.
